I must ask my loyal readers to forgive my long absence. After my most recent posts, (3 years ago!), I was hunting in a nearby forest. Getting somewhat lost, I was greatly surprised to come upon a curious scene. There before me was a group of men, dressed in old-fashioned garb (no torn jeans, no tattoos or piercings), engaged in the antique sport of lawn bowling. They welcomed me, and offered me a delicious drink I had never tasted before (possibly beer?). and I soon fell asleep. When I awoke, they were gone, and I returned home. Imagine my shock when I discovered that I had slept for 3 years!
Anyway, I am back. What follows below is my latest reactionary complaint. Let me know what you think.
